Chad Lynch is the Broker/Owner of NextHome Elite Realty, serving clients throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing and property management, over 17 years as a licensed real estate professional, and experience as a Licensed Construction Supervisor, Chad brings a well-rounded perspective that extends far beyond buying and selling homes. Before becoming a real estate broker, Chad built and managed his own investment portfolio while operating a successful technology business. Since entering real estate full-time in 2008, he has helped clients purchase, sell, invest in, renovate, and manage residential, multifamily, and commercial properties. As a broker, investor, and business owner, Chad understands real estate from every angle—from acquisitions and property management to construction, investment analysis, and brokerage operations. His practical experience allows him to provide clients with straightforward advice backed by decades of hands-on experience. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or commercial clients, Chad focuses on building long-term relationships through honest communication, market expertise, and exceptional service.
